"Empty" game spotted events for hunting.

Description​

The first couple of times I got this event, it identified the animal type and added it to my current situation menu. Subsequent firings have had key text absent, and nothing is added to current situation.

Steps to reproduce​

It might have a connection to having panels open overlaying the map.

I have now gotten this problem with events that I think were meant to give me leads on available targets for falconry as well.
