Ending the Iranian Intermezzo does not allow you to write a book about it

Description​

Ending the Iranian Intermezzo (at least with the option of Iranian Resurgence) should grant you the possibility to write a book about it. However it is not the case and indeed looking at 'fund_inspiration.0031' event code it does not mention the Intermezzo in any way.

Steps to reproduce​

Finish the Iranian Intermezzo with the Iranian Resurgence option, find a writer with 'wants to write a magnificent book' and have no unification/restoration/creation book artifact option. You can see the options for book I had in the added picture, also verified it at game files.
