Ran into what might be the most annoying bug I've ever seen in Stellaris
When communicating with a toxoid empire the sound they make when you open communications plays on an endless loop. Nothing makes it stop. I even exited to the main menu and it was STILL looping and it happens every time I talk to them. The only way to stop it is to either mute the volume for it in settings or restart the entire game. I got so tired of resetting the game I played with that damn loop playing for over an hour before I wanted to torpedo my controller through the screen.
I imagine this is a fairly simple fix. Please resolve it.
