Enemy escalation problem

IS it still the case, despite the recent patch, the enemy troop keep growingin experience?

I gave up with the game after several attempts to try and stay ahead of the enemy. I simply have n interest in fighting every single battle no matter how small or trivial because the enemy is made up entirely of megamen.

I have no idea where you are getting this from? I flog the AI even on Hard difficulty every time...

I am not talkingabout the battle you FIGHT the Ai, I am talking about auto resolve battles. The AI seems to get mega experience from doing nothing and this was perviously a large factor in the battle calculation.
