England console created admitals always same name

Description​

There is a very old console bug regarding England (idk if the same problem happens with another nation) regarding creating "admiral" for navy. There is NO RANDOM names, only the same Henry Albemarle. Every time I create a new admiral, it comes with the same name. The leaders (generals) don't have the same problem.

Steps to reproduce​

Call the console, use the code for "admiral x x x x" and verify the name.
