I was playing as England using 1.07b and EEP 1.4.2, and the Maximillian's Residence event (Without Graz) occured, only I got to choose where he decided to live. The screen that popped up had the English shields, not the Austrian shields, and it had no effect on my nation whatsoever.
not sure what caused this, as it's not in the English event txt, and the only thing I can think of is that austria was undergoing some rebellions at the time (I was in a war with Spain and Portugal, so I wasn;t really paying attention)
