English txt.csv for EU2

I ordered the German version of EU2 here in Austria because I can't find any English version. I want to play it in English. Can someone please be so kind and make a copy of English txt.csv for me to download.

Would there be any problems if I replace the German txt.csv with the English one? Can anyone give me an advice if I change the German txt.csv into English, which update should I download the one for the German version or for the English one.

Should I change the txt.csv first or should I update the game before doing it.

I would really appreciate it!
