Ironman mode
The Enigmatic fortress event gets caught in a loop. I originally sent a fleet in to destroy the base which went fine, the event to send a team inside came up and I sent crews in. Then the event where they are stuck inside came up, I sent my science ship in, I believe it completed the task but the station woke up again, my fleet kills it in a few seconds, event pops up again, I button through again and it wakes up again.
