Why only one? You told more than one bus will be available in the upcoming dlc...

Ups, my bad. I didn't realize that you told about this at the bus poll.

I hope the Mercedes Citaro GL will win, the double rear axles make the whole desing more interesting to me.

I'm so glad that Ikarus will be part of this new Dlc. I will definitely use it on my bus lines.

Sorry for being unclear! We would like to see just a little bit variation in the DLC, but Ikarus 280 has made it already and now you still can vote for two other buses :)

I prefer for instance a more standard size.
 
If the MAN Lion's City makes it which version of this Bus you will include? This Bus is avaiable with 3, 4 and 5 doors. The 3 and 4 door version is 18m long and the doors are 2 at the front section and 1 or 2 in the rear. The 5 door version is 18,75m long and has 3 doors at front section and 2 at rear. All versions have 3 axes (2 front and 1 rear section).

I suggested 4-door (GL) version that was introduced in our city Tallinn last year and with new skin this year:

I prefer the three door version. I don't want to see the CapaCity. All I wanted was a normal articulated bus. With the capa city we get a new fancy bus with two axes in the trailer and a bus which is so special and rare that you can't see this in large numbers all over the world. This is not better than the articulated bus we already have and useless for me.
All I want is a f'king normal articulated bus, in a normal design. 18 to 18,75m long; 3 to 4 doors and 3 axles. THIS would be a representative for this vehicle genre.
This bus has the most!!!!! votes, it gets me angry if it wouldn't appear. Thats really gross.

These two are fairly normal, nothing too fancy or futuristic. Just because the Mercedes has double rear axles it is not that special. It is just a different design and i really like it. This will be a matter of taste and not really a -which one is more realistic or normal- thing...

I was replying to vanos' comment about CapaCity's "specialness", I should have quoted him I suppose. The Lion's City is great, but the CapaCity I just don't dig. Not because I think it's bad looking, it looks good. It's just that you don't see that design often, in fact, almost never. While the Lion's City is one of the most popular buses around the world, and has a classical non-quirky design, as well as a (more or less) standrad length.

I understand your point of view but i will keep saying, that this will be a decision of personal taste. In my country we have Volvo buses (and tons of Ikarus of course :D) which have almost the same look as the Man, but i still like the Mercedes better. So yep, i won't be mad if not the Mercedes win, i just like it more.

The Mercedes is not normal, for god's sake. In Germany for example, all buses longer than 18,75m are supposed to have a special permit to run on public streets. "Normal" articulated busses are 18 to 18,75m long, the CapaCity is 19,50m long. It's not "just design", it's a hole new concept. Because of the length and the weights it is supposed to get another axle to spread the weight on the street. We need a normal bus that is running all over the world like the MAN LionsCity GL or the O530 GN (that just get ignored by CO), not new fancy and futurisic trash, the game is full of it.

Agree, but i don't thing that the desing of Mercedes is "futuristic trash" just because it has more axles and bigger size. It is different, but sometimes a fresh design is more enjoyable. I'm not a big fan of ultra-futuristic vehicles, but these two are definitely acceptable, so you don't have to push your opinion. Let us choose...

And i got the point of standard length and permissions but in the end, this is mainly a game, not a 1-1 simulation of the real world transportation systems...
 
I also agree that we don't need any more special buses, we need a normal bus, that is popular around Europe (every city I've visited in last year have Lion's City's running) and it frusturates me also that Lion won the main poll and now it's being put into vote again and losing! Why even get hopes up?

//EDIT: I'll stop complaining now, noticed that I've posted too much :D
