looking at the event file i realized that i have NEVER seen ANY of those events trigger in any scenario; why? they seem well done; i guess ai NEVERS meets the conditions?

The Epochal tradewar is there partly for multiplayer, a fun game of chicken for the late game. It requires the New World to have had a certain number of revolutions, otherwise who would the tradewar be between, right?

I know a lot (read most) players read event files, and the events for the revolutions on the eastern seabord can be 'manipulated' to occur by clever players. If I let Georgia revolt and form, then this will trigger worse revolutions for my enemies on the eastern seabord, the RFP will form, and then more likely also Louisiana etc, and so the trade war will series will trigger.

But in SP, by the end of the 1700s most players will own most of North America and won't let the revolts succeed, so it doesn't happen.

But, I have tested every iteration and the events fire as designed.
