Eranshahr tag not able to complete 'King of Kings' or 'This is Persia' achievement, or redeem age-bonus (-20% dev cost red.)

Description​

Forming Eranshahr locks you out of being able to complete the 'King of Kings' or 'This is Persia' achievement even though the missions are identical to Persia (sans Qizilbash changed to Aswaran). Also cannot redeem -20% dev cost red. that comes in Age of Reformation.

Steps to reproduce​

1Start iron-man game
2 Form Persia
3 Form Eranshahr
4 Achievements button no longer show 'King of Kings' or 'This is Persia' as possible achievements.
