Error after loading saved file

I get an error after loading my save file.
It is a file that was started in the bleeding years or the war of conquest as the young arryn somewhere between 7996-7998
The save file is currently in 8207.I also have other files in 8204,8200 and 8198
the 8204 doesn't load, neither do the 8200 and 8198 save.
The next one in line is one where I have not taken over westeros in 8178 and 8174,these also don't load.the rest below that I am not really interested in.
I have also tried loading one of the files playing as somebody else,didn't work
My CKII is at 2.6.1 (OPNE)
I run a 64 bit with 4 GB of ram.
I have run other save files but none as long as this one.
Any help would be appreciated

EDIT: Scrap that,even while starting a new save,when I load that saved file up I get the error. Sometimes while playing the file it tells me that CK2 has gotten an error and needs to close.
