Description​

when I try to launch the game an error message pops up with an exit code and a some instructions. it seems like some (or a lot) of files and folders are missing in "Document\paradox interactive\ Victoria 3". I've tried launching the game through the .exe but it simply doesn't respond (doesn't even appear for a sec in the task manager)

Yep, I have AVX support. the game worked perfectly before I uninstalled a few month ago (I have around 100h on it)

Well, it is tripping over some code your CPU doesn't understand or support, because that's what the error code/message means. AVX was a rather safe bet under the circumstance.

Does the game create any crash log/exception log files when you try to start it?
