Error Message

Hello!!I bought the game from Steam and I'm getting this error message:
I got this error message when trying play Crusader Kings II: ck2demo.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm really frustrated and I would love to play the game,any help it would be appreciated.

You are trying to run the demo version. Uninstall that, and run the real version you have paid for.

I get the same message with the real version.

The same except it says ck2.exe ? Or it still says ck2demo? And at what stage or loading or play exactly does this occur?

please post your dxdiag.txt, settings.txt, system.log and error.log files (you'll need to rename the .log files to .txt to upload). Also open setup.log, search for "checksum", and paste that line only in here.
