As you can see, once a while, CK2 becomes like this picture.

I can only move my cursor.

I tried to 'Alt + F4' and 'Alt + Tap', but didn't work.

Only thing that I can do is to turn off the computer by pushing button on my desktop.

Please fix this problem. It's so bothering for me to play the game.

I'll gladly help you fix it, but I doubt it's a problem in the game, as no-one else is getting it. Let's get some basic information about your installation and machine.

What version and checksum show on the main game menu?

If it only happens after you've been playing for a while, it may be an overheating problem. Please report the temperatures of your CPU and video (GPU) 1/ before starting the game up and 2/ after say 20 minutes' play. If your PC's vendor has given you no way of reading temperatures, Google for and install SPEEDFAN.

please post a dxdiag.txt (you can delete everything after the "Sound devices" section for brevity), settings.txt, system.log and error.log files (you'll need to rename the .log files to .txt to upload).

I see that the terperature of my GPU is pretty high.

Is there any way to cool it down while I'm playing CK2 with any programs?

I've merged or closed your various threads. Please don't start new threads on a topic we're already discussing together, it creates work for us and doesn't help you.

Yes, you can use speedfan to control fans. But what I'd suggest is using fraps to control your frame rate, as some people have reported the game running at silly frame rates in the 100s. Dial down the frame rate to 60 or even 48 and see if that helps.

Sorry for messing up with threads. But I'm newbie here so I didn't know the way that it works so hope you can understand it.

Can you please check in your nVidia software whether VSync is disabled? If so please enable it and try the game again. Thank you.
