Error starting game

Iv just installed the game on a Vista machine, it meets all the requirements, it installed fine and when i run, it opens the loading screen, but after a few seconds (5) it crashs and the vista "windows is trying to solve this problem" comes up.

The install path looks odd - oldschool 8 char long file/folder names. I'm not sure but may cause the game to crash. In which kind of media did you install the game to? Which filesystem? Please try to install the game to another drive (f.ex to C: drive, preferably with NTFS) to see if that helps.

Thank u, i have my games on a seperate partition of my hard drive, the game started working after i installed it using the "easy install" option
