error upon installation

I've tried instlling this around 5-6times and i get this come up:

C:\Users\Jake\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\chngelog.txt

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
MoveFile failed; code32.
The process cannot access the file  because it is being used by another process.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

I have no idea what im suppose to do now as nothing on the forum mentions this issue, would be great if you could help tho! Thanks.

Some other mods changelog in the mod directory root perhaps? Have you tried ignore to skip the file or moving the other changelog?

i have no other mods :/ as its a clean installation as new PC other month, also i've tried to skip the file then it does it for the next one i've tried spam clicking retry and it just moves onto the next file ... probably 90% of the files :/

Sorry I assumed you only had trouble with the changelog.

Anyway after a quick google search I'd assume the error is caused by another program (most likely some antivirus scanning software) accessing the installation folder, what I'd do is try a second download to make sure the installation file wasn't corrupted and if that doesn't work I'd try installing in safe mode.

thanks appreciate that i disabled antivirus and firewall by bullguard and installed it and it worked perfectly fine! so thanks for that!
