Error upon loading/starting

I get this error when I load a new game in EU2, I can still enter the game though, if i choose ignore.

But I get almost the same error if i try to start ACGCEEP

it says

--- Error in DB ---

Would you like to continue?

does anyone know what this means

Sounds like you edited a file, or something to do with the Mod.
We do not support user made mods or Edits, so You would need to contact the makers of that mod for assistance.
Alternatively you could reinstall the game.
