Error when I kill everone

So when I win, and I mean, kill EVERY other contry and take over the world, and I go to info or the senario ends, the game crashes. I should also mention that I have beeten the game, aka killed everyone in the Grand Campain, with all the major European countryies. I am not stating this to brag, but for error testing. (OK maybe brag a little, but it is a real bug, its happened every time)

On some patches it chrased on the end screen when you had made a WC. On some not. IIRC it does not crash on 1.09 but I am not sure. What patch were you on?
