Error when loading CORE

Hi,

I reinstalled clean version of DD, patched to 1.3 and installed CORE 0.31.
I did this 3 times now to make shure there wasnt some mistake.
I always got the following error and ctd when loading the scenario:

Error (Unrecognisable which or value) = Naval_anti_air_l´ine = 3356 file = Mod-CORE2\db\tech\armor_tech.txt

I opened that file but couldnt find the error and more if I did I wouldnt have known what to do

I also thought about my system being in german and the install therfore is german being the prob, and about switching to an english install, but couldnt find a possibility for that. So I changed settings to "0 language" but this didnt help either.

Please help if your able.

During the install of CORE 0.31 you've erroneously selected the Armageddon install instead of the DD install. Rerun the setup, and select DD in the install options screen.

Thank you very much for that fast answer!

But I didnt have any choice when installing
I downloaded this file CORE_0.315_ARM.zip from http://www.totalrealismproject.com/dload.php?action=file&file_id=74
where it´s said to be for DD. I´m really confused now

There´s no installer and its just a zip and i needed a little while to figure out the G:\Spielhölle\Doomsday\HoI2.exe mod-CORE2 command to start the mod.
So ARM means armageddon and i got the wrong file? Whats the right one then or if not how to do a proper install?

Its better if you download the installer from terranova.dk. This gives you the option of Doomsday or Armageddon. I can't vouch at all for any zip-files - the only thing really supported is the installer.

Well I found the proper file and did a new install.
Everything seems fine now.

The CORE_0.315_ARM.ZIP is indeed the resulting installed set based on selecting the Armageddon option. So it seems that the version on http://www.totalrealismproject.com incorrecly states it to be for DD.

In all cases the installer we supply will give you the opportunity to install it according to your specific needs. The ZIPs primarily are created for Mac-users, which can't use the installer (and are basically unsupported).

Be aware that apart from the basic installer we do supply additional installers for COREd graphics, which can be found on the terranova site as well.
