Error when opening in vista 64bit

I have played hoi2 dd for a while now, no problems until i got a new computer with vista...

I installed fine, no problems. Went to play it for the first time on my new computer, and this error occurs.

It happens during loading, the little vista error noise chirps... And this box pops up.

Any idea why? and how i can fix this?

Are you sure you installed the correct patch.....

ah i fixed it, i think the patch was corrupted or something..... i repatched and it works.... nm!
