When I try to subscribe to the Europa Universalis V newsletter, it returns : "Something went wrong when trying to subscribe. Please try again later." I tried several times since a month but I always get this same error. Is it specific to my account and is it possible to solve this issue ?

I would say specific to your account considering your supposed join date, username, and message count -- meaning you probably didn't log in since and did not update your account some years ago.

Login to https://beta-accounts.paradoxinteractive.com/profile and untick everything under Communication Preferences. Then go back to the EUIV newsletter sign up page > sign up > check your email for confirmation. Alternatively, do it the other way around. Sign up for Emails from Paradox Interactive and once you've confirmed this, go back to EUIV and sign up.
