Error :(

I am getting an error when I try to run Core V.25, I have got HoI 2 Doomsday installed with patch V1.3a and thats it.

The error is:
ERROR: (Unknown Type In Naval Division) 'convoy attack = 5' Line = 24 in mod-CORE2\db\units\divisions\battleship.txt

any ideas what I have done wrong here?

I just tried my copy of 0.25 with Doomsday 1.3a.. and it loaded up fine - no errors. Do you have any problems with the vanilla game ? What Checksum do you have, when you run CORE 0.25 ?

Hopefully with those answers we might have an idea what the problem may be.

When I run the vanilla game it works fine, but how do I get the checksum for core v.25 ?

Run the CORE 2 game, using the Icon for CORE on the desktop, then, when the game starts, it should come up with something like :-

Doomsday v 1.3a (WXYZ)
mod-CORE2

in the top right hand corner.

nevermind I found the problem, I installed the HoI2 patch not the doomsday patch
