What exactly is needed to gain "minor war experience" and be able to build escort fighters? As Japan I'm in different wars now for 4 years and still can't build them.
Because Japan starts with different branch of air doctrine it is almost impossible for me to gain escort fighters other way, through researching all necessary techs.
