Playing as Canada from the 1936 scenario, I've noticed a huge drop in the ESE of all of my provinces except my capital, which may have begun since I started building infrastructure in resource-rich provinces. In Halifax, which has 90% infrastructure, the ESE is 28%. I'm sure this can't be WAD, as it was well above that -before- I built infrastructure.

I'm not sure if this is connected to the same issue, but my units are also moving insanely slowly (taking a month to move through one of my own provinces), and taking up to 0.8% attrition/week in 90% infrastructure'd provinces. Does anyone else find this happening? I have 100k supplies, and full military salaries: is there anything else that I am neglecting here?

Edit: This news just in! When I move my troops into France instead, allied + military access, the movement speed returns to more reasonable levels, but the ESE remains extremely low: 10% in 100% inf provinces.

I'm playing version 1.04, and I began this game on the same version. Sadly, I don't have any other savegames I could go back on: I was just racing to the war on speed 5. This hasn't happened in any of my other playthroughs... humm.

Do you have any dissent? What is your TC position? It sounds like something RR might cause.

I've got 0 dissent and plenty of TC left over. I'm not sure if I am running the actual 1.04 or just one of the betas: I'll try downloading the 1.04 patch again. Thanks for the help!

Edit: My checksum is 1.04 BLNS. Is that right?

No, 1.04 release version should be KXOS. Your checksum sounds like RC3. If you still get this checksum after installing the 1.04 release then backup your savegames, deinstall AoD and reinstall.

Patching to the proper 1.04 has undone the problem, although I did have to start a new game as well. Still, my troops are getting less supply in France then the French are.. but I guess this is WAD. Thanks for the help, everyone!
