there is no eta at the time. I have no idea when the patch will be ready. for now, there isn't enough fixes yet to call it complete. And Johan is very busy working on HOI.

it will be released, but I don't know when. Sorry :(

Paradox havent mentioned what it will actually fix. The game is very playable now and Paradox (a smal team) are working hard on HOI and CK. There will be a patch eventually but, in the meantime, please try to enjoy it as it is :)
