Reload, the allies before the war, buy Djibouti, build a harbour there, leave the allies, conquer the world!
He could wait unil victory over Axis, then he would annex the northern coast... But I am not sure he will wait that long: paratroops might be a faster option. Or direct Somalia to build Transports. In fact, Gaga, can you assume military control of somalia and trade them your transports and other ships?
I am facing some serious issues atm:
1) The partisan bug makes it almost impossible to go on the offensive. If I move a few units, my TC will be in big, big red...
2) I can't ally with anyone since I am allied with Somalia and at war with Italy. A WP with Itlay on the other hand is out of question.
3) I have no capacities to switch to an alternative strategy (like building STRAT and support one faction).
4) Since I can't deploy ships, I can't move anywhere. GB is sourrounding my country and any DOW against them is suicidal, unless the Italians would crush them completly (which is unlikly) and afterwards kill me (which would be more likely).
So, what should I do? Note: Cheating is

follow my philosophy: modifying the game is acceptable as long as it is beneficial to the AAR.
Furthermore you have no other option left.
So I suggest loading as GB, liberating and releasing all African colonies, that way you can invade more land without a war with the allies.
You can also acceptall a peace deal with the Italians, that give you all of the land you conquered.

Gaga, here are a few options:
1) gift your TRN to Somalia and assume military control (You should be able to build Naval base in puppet territory, I was able to place Air bases in puppet land) -- I think this one is easiest to implement and is cheat-free.
2) Declare war on Somalia and annex their sea bordering provinces. Build Nav base and re-release.
3) Research ATRN+Para... but you will need military access to get to OPM neutrals.
4) Wait for 1944-1945, when Italy is annexed, then you annex sea-provinces.

I think we can consider this AAR done.
I continued the game twice, Italy got kicked in the nuts, so there was nothing left for me to do. And since I dislike manipulating saves, so I will accept I have won.
