EU 1 Multiplayer Problem

Hello!
I tried to play an EU1 game with one of my friends. I am behind router. She has XP Sp.2. She allowed EU1. So, she was the host. She wrote in her IP in the blank field before clicking host. I wrote her IP too, then join. But then nothing happens. What's the problem?

How could it be, that I host?

Try without a router first, to see if it works.

And disable your firewall also.

U should host in Vnet
and yet..turn off all Firewall, Aniti virus, v.v when play...
or u can download himachi from www.himachi.com
u can then play in Lan
