Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible.
launcher says i nolonger have ownership of eu4
but the support are stumped they said to ask here just incase someone has had same issue and fixed it

Do you have eu4 on steam, the epic store or the microsoft/xbox store? Does the store app still show that you own the game? Does it help if you start eu4 from within the app of your store?

syram yes it does show but the launcher sats i dont
i started game from store launch direct eu4 exe with and with out admin and i have rolled back to 1.29 version

syram? Do you mean steam? Are you online in the steam application? Does it help if you change the contents of the steam_appid.txt in the folder where eu4 is installed from "222260" to "236850"?
