Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Launch screen come up and play as solo, no mods or multi player. Machine loads the executable file and locks up. Even Task Manager can get the PC to respond. Running the 1.32 beta with no luck, have uninstalled, and verified files with no luck.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch from Steam, once you hit "Play" locks up solid.

Task Manager WILL NOT even work, PC locked for keyboard and mouse buttons.

Try to change the display mode to borderless fullscreen in the launcher like in the following screenshot (it looks slightly different in the current launcher version)
