I want EU1 map editor, map generator, scenario editor or scenario generator etc. Give me some! And what happened to the scenario depot? I used it to get scenarios! Where is it? I want it back and I want it now! Please help me! I am wery desperate...

The Depot is dead. I wish it would be resurrected, but that is the decision of the admins.
Map editor doesn't exist because the map is hardcoded. There are a few good apps. Check in for the list of web sites hosting these apps: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=17139
That may be dead by there exists a facility to upload mods. I have requested it for this forum. I think we should all request it on that thread i created.
The Depot is gone and won't be back, but we might have a subforum for uploading usermade scenarios. Message has been forwarded to the dudes with the power.
