First week of September - ha!
Dear Sirs in Paradox, Sweden :-
In the first week of September in Italy means after a nice long, relaxing summer vacation that started in the last week of July.
Normally such vacations are weel deserved after long work in the year - what a pity we don't seem to see Leader SpA working at all, except to get our money.
Do not think they will have done anything since mid-July. Now they have to get back to work (the shock of re-entry will take a week), check their e-mails (do you write to them any more?), have a few cappucini, swap summer stories - and then, maybe, they will start recovering the work that should have been done before the summer break.
If we - and you - are lucky, we might have something by the end of September, more likely first week in October. What prize will you give me if I'm proved right?
I will no longer buy a product distributed or made by Leader. I recommend you closely check youtr contract with them and see what real pressure you can put on them.
