I understand that it is possible to re-define Vicky states. VIP does it anyway, breaking up e.g. Algeria into more manageable chunks.
In any EU2 to Vicky conversion, one EU2 province has to correspond to a combination of Vicky provinces. Since the set often spans more than one Vicky state, it would be convenient for the player if one could redefine the Vicky states to correspond to the EU2 provinces.
(1) has anyone done this already, and if so can I have the files?
(2) if no one has done this, how would I go about doing it myself?
