If you want to check if there are no holes left you can use a MP endgame save, for instance the one you can download here. All (or almost all) provinces are usually colonized at the games end.

Updated post 2.

Changes:
-I put all spanish muslim tags (ALM, BAL, CRD, GRA) under ALD (Al-djaziera) on the suggestion of Lord Asharak
-Middle American pagans to be merged with Mexico as the other Victoria tags don't really match geographically
-All Muslim countries that originate from the Golden horde (STE, KAZ, AST) under CRI (Crimea)
-Plus some minor stuff

If Chaingun can work out the merging of tags we're down to only a few problem tags.

I don't remember seeing the Parthenon in Zurich but Athens (bad joke)

Seriously now: when you select Switzerland, the territory appears but instead of seeing the swiss flag you get the Greek one and the name says "Greece"...

I can't print-screen you from here but it happened converting either the 1773 or 1795 scenario (can't recall right now)

Indeed, but in my Country.txt I believe the problem is fixed (although Duchy of Athens does not currently have a tag assigned to it, since GRE = GRE and HEL = SWI). By the way, I'll upload a new version of Eu2Vic.zip in a few minutes. It'll be the last version for the nearest 10 days because of my vaccation in Croatia.

First impressions

The tool is really powerful! Excellent job montyp!

Some things I've noticed...

I don't know if it's me or the game I chose to convert, but when in Victoria I had to select nations, only UK & Lithuania were available!!! Ain't that weird?

BTW, all the Ruhr region was available for colonization too. That shouldn't be...

ps: What about armies & relations? Are we gonna transfer them as well?
