Hello,

My EU4 is crashing on my new desktop. Its an Allienware R13 with 32 ram
I can open the launcher fine, but once I click play, I can't do anything.
I have tried adding EU4.EXE to the exceptions list, no mods, installing Microsoft visual 2016 in 86 & 64.
HOIV works fine. Ideas?
