EU4 Subscription not working with 2nd purchase

i purchased the subscription for eu4 a few months ago and ended on march 6th, i selected the option not to renew it automatically at the time since i do not play the game every day. Now i want to purchase the Subscription for a 2nd month, but it won't let me buy it as Steam states that the content of the Subscription is already on my account but i can't use as the EU4 Launcher states that the DLC's are not validated ofcourse. what do i do?

Have you have this subscription before? If so that may be the problem - you have to re-enable it hrough your Steam account details, not the store page.
