Description​

Even though I added privilege Eugeneis integration policy, the diplomatic reputation penalty (-30) from annexing subject wasn't disabled.

Get vassal, fulfill conditions for annexing, annex

That is the opinion penalty, which the privilege isn't supposed to disable. Diplomatic reputation and opinion are two different things.

Hello there! The present is a design choice and not a bug. The privilege removes the diplomatic reputation penalty, and not the subjects' opinion penalty. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask about it on the main forum for the game.
