Why or how do i loose diplomatic power from diplomatic relations, and how can i fix it?

With your current tech you can only have 6 diplomatic relations. You currently have 10. A diplomatic relation includes vassals, royal marriages, and alliances. Each separate country you have one (or more) of these relationships with counts as one diplomatic relation. You need to cancel some alliances or annex your vassals if you have any.

What are the requirements for moving your capital overseas?
If it hasn't changed from previous requirement, the capital has to be isolated, like an island or enemy provinces.

Because you have too many diplomatic relationships with other nations. Your limit is 6 nations, but you have 10 royal marriage/alliance/PU/vassal/military access with 10 nations. Cancel some of them.

How can I give my allies provinces in a peace deal? I'm trying to give Great Britain Scapa flow but I don't know how. They have it ocupied and have a core on the province?
3rd tab on demand tribute, return core

Anyone knows how to change government from monarchy to republic ? Change government screen only shows other monarchy types. I guess it's only events, decisions or rebels.

You are correct, you cannot trigger a move from monarchy to republic directly.

You're losing points because you have too many active diplomatic relationships (vassals, royal marriages, military access, etc) and can end this by cancelling some. If you view your own country's diplomatic page, you can mouse over the box that will show something like "10/6" and it will tell you what 10 relationships of your allowed 6 those are.

Playing as Castille, I know that there is a coalition against me, and I'd like to have a reminder who joined that coalition.
I also have the possibility to join a coalition against France, but want to make sure that it is strong enough before being dragged into a doomed war.

Where can I find this information about coalitions (it's probably really obvious and I'm too dumb to see it :) )?

What are the best ideas to take as castille? So far i chose Exploration (completed) and the administration idea (higher production income, inflation reduction etc.)

Click on your country shield, go to the diplomacy tag, click 'View your country'. There you can see how large the coalition against you are.

Check the ledger (bottom right of screen) in the current wars tab or you could press Y to see who you/a certain country has hostile relations with.

So, can you increase you number of 'free' leaders from 1? Or do you always have to spend military points for additional leaders?

How can I push my Leader Limit higher?

Some military ideas increase that limit, though they do depend on the nation of choice, and is very far into the idea group.

So far, I've seen it in the Innovative group, last idea.

edit: I believe it's only in the innovative idea group, and the Hungary final bonus.

Is there a setting somewhere which will auto-pause the game when an event message appears? I know it is possible to auto pause several messages (battle results, diplomats returning, peace results, etc.) but I wasn't able to find a way to pause the game automatically when an event message appears. I end up having to manually pause the game to read the event and read through the choices, which gets a bit annoying.

I'm losing diplomatic power because I have "15/6 diplomatic relations". What the hell does this mean? And is there anyway I can get a quick injection of diplo power so I can end my damn war before WE cripples me?

Is there a way to make my conquered provinces leave the HRE? This option was in EU3, and it was really handy, since otherwise the HREmperor completely nukes that province's stats and raises the revoltrisk sky-high.
