Defect has been duplicated in testing.

2. Second player joins (2 different computers running windows 10)

Issue's been fixed for me (probably by Steam).

On a related note, not happy about the communication here. This issue made a huge aspect of the game unplayable for a month (unless Nakama worked for you). Something like a "here's the bug tracker link," "the issue is because of: X," or "this is Steam's fault" would have been appreciated.
