ONly thing that bugs me is Indian nation... weren't they city states back then, they weren't a unified kingdom. Aside from that...
So I guess this mod is no longer in development. I'd try to play it and maybe develop it more but none of the links work for me.
Sorry guys, other hobbies have taken all of my interest from modding EUR. I might be tempted back if a EUR2 were to come out, though... 
In the meantime, I can heartily recommend taking a look at Imperium Universalis for EU4. I played for several hours on the weekend and was very impressed!

So I think the CTD during the "Creating Graphics" spot is caused by the lack of the "province_textures" folder within mod/Europa Imperialis/map/cache folder so create mod/Europa Imperialis/map/cache/province_textures within the mod itself and the game will run fine. Don't ask me how I found this out, just some checking after the CTD and I found it. Did you mod the AI for this mod, cheexsta? it seems much more active than vanilla, all be it I only got to play 2 months tonight.
