I spent my turn in war with Portugal. I took Gascogne and Roussillon for the rightful crown and made them pay 200 ducats in reparations. I enjoyed this war because I could take out war taxes every 6 months to buy a manufactory.

I noticed that u did not play with the custom events! Out of 3 event choises 2 was not the ones I had choosen in my custom event file!

October 22, 1490 : Algiers declared war upon Portugal.
(Some say a bold move others say desperate. Time will tell.)

October 22, 1490 : Tunisia and Songhai joined the war on the same side as Algiers.

February 3, 1491 : Moldavia accepted peace with Ottoman Empire on the following terms : Full Annexation of Moldavia by Ottoman Empire

June 2, 1491 : England accepted peace with Hungary on the following terms : England pays 28$ in indemnities.

August 27, 1491 : Denmark accepted peace with Sweden on the following terms : Sweden pays 250$ in indemnities.

September 1, 1491 : A White Peace was signed between Austria, Poland, Lithuania, Magdeburg and Sweden and Bavaria.

September 9, 1491 : Navarra joined the war on the same side as Catalunya in their war against Portugal and Spain.

September 29, 1491 : Genoa joined the war on the same side as Bavaria, France and Scotland in their war against Helvetia, Savoy and Bohemia.

October 8, 1491 : Scotland accepted peace with England on the following terms : Scotland pays 11$ in indemnities. Scotland will have to give up military access.

January 17, 1492 : Croatia became Vassals of Venice.

(We captured the capital and got her maps. Lazy bastards there wasn’t as much as I’d hoped for. We took Tangiers and burned a couple of trade posts, Tassaret and Nouadibuh and then put our trade posts there. Portugal kept offering half a dozen trade post throughout the world but I didn’t want them. I don’t plan on moving out of Africa but I also don’t want European powers in or around North Africa! It’s my turf! Oh I can hear their knees knocking in Europe clear down in Algiers.) :D
