Despite all mods i tried so far SP-Games are no more challenge for me. I´m looking for some players interested to start a dedicated MP-Game. (1936)
As it would be my first MP-Game it would be fine if some more experienced players could join, explaining me which rules,speed etc. apply in MP and if different language versions are compatible.

I think my system is capable to be host (1300MZ and cable connection). I can play almost every day from 20.00 - 02.00 GMT.
Players interested should state their connection,ICQ No. and the time when they can play. Maybe also a test game is essential to find out if i can host.

i really like to join your dedicated european game. i have some experience in one-night-mulitiplayer games but im sick of it, because they are never played till end. So im really looking forward to start a dedicated longterm game.

I prefer to play Germany or SU,
DSL connection,
i can play every day from 18:00 - 1:00 GMT (except weekends),

Hopefully we will find more people interested in a longterm game.
At least 5 would be fine to fill all major powers. I would play any country except Japan,Great Britain,China. Germany and France would be fine for me.

Wow 1 month away :eek: are you on holiday?

I don´t think we can start that early as we will need some more interested players maybe also some standins.

But don´t worry a really dedicated longterm game will last some months for sure and we will enjoy our holidays too.

Sure......

some things we have to clarify before we start

-which houserules apply
-a common time to play
-play over V-net or TCIP
-waiting for one or two more players
-choice of countries
 
Oh,jes...i forgot to mention that i would be happy to play as UK, Italy, Germany and if needed France and Soviet Union. I have steady cable connection - so no lag from me.
It would be good if we can start a game this friday or saturday, and i would vote for gathering in Vnet. NB!Right now, i can play anytime you like!
 
I'd be interested, but I'm afraid modding will consume most of my spare time the following weeks. Plus I would have this tiny requirement of using my mod. :p
 
Hm from my point of view we could start with 1st july. Every day from 1-4 July would be fine for me. (19.00 - 02.00 GMT). For the weekend i have to regret as i m not at home

Due to the new patch (1.05) we won´t need that much discussions about houserules as some things are now solved.

So let´s sum up who is in at the mom

- Cicero (SU or Germany) (18.00 - 01.00 no time on weekends)
- Mucky (no choice) (is prefering weekends, other time???????)
- execEST (UK,It,Ger,F,SU) (normally any time but 1 mth holiday)
- eyeswitcher (Japan,+?) (time??)
- Exel (no choice) (time??)
- me (Germany,France,US) (19.00 - 02.00 GMT)

ok..so pls let me now who can really start next week and which day and time suits best for you.

I think i can make it Thursday.
I have not had time to play 1.05 though, maybe i can get some playingtime tonight.

I fear the MP-section is dead meanwhile. No feedback at all.
Maybe all people need some training-sessions on 1.05 :D
So we have no other choice but to postpone the start until we have enough interested players.

Just do a little training myself with germany. Had no tanks until 1940 due to the doctrine requirement. :D
 
sorry dudes, playing in the week isnt too feesable for me eeing as i have school, weekends best time when im not playing the clarinet!

Hey when do you have your summer holidays?? Here in Austria are now holidays (29.6 - 31.8) :p

@Cicero

We are not enough people to start even when excel could play we would be only 4 at the moment. For a good game we need at least 6 or more permanent players and also some standins.
I will watch this tread and when there are more interested players i will PM you all.


There is anothter thing.....there are 3 norvegian guys playing as team....only playing against teams. Eyeswitcher,Cicero we could form a team and play against these guys. But be aware that they are damn good and had a lot of training to achieve perfection in teamwork and gameplay. Tell me if you are interested and i will contact them.

Ok Dragonheart, but when you are ready (when enough players are interested,) so please post it here, i really would like to play with a bunch of stable guys( as opposed to unstable :p ).

On the other question, i take on a norwegian guy anyday ;)
I have only 2 hrs playingtime with the new patch, so i might be alittle rusty, but sure if you guys wanna meet them im there.

earliest on Thursday though.
