All I claimed was that the situation was boring and ridiculous.
Well... That is probably the reason to the "fracass" here then. To me an AI that is not a push-over in MP is a good thing. No matter if the AI in question is a bloody too stubborn and dumb AI, but if the AI win over a human in a MP, then the AI is IMO good (and can't actually be too dumb IMO...).

The most important thing to me in MP is player-interaction. If the AI is good (or bad...) enough to put humans work together, then so much better.

U-L did ask once help, I offered protection and sent troops to help (even though I was badly mauled by the AI myself soon there after). I still doubt you offered peace to Germany when your and my troops had cleared all your lands from Germans, I still think you got a bit greedy at that point. But I was really in a hurry to send my troops to my lands, so I made a WP. Perhaps you too were offering a WP to Germany then, but it did look to me you attempted to conquer some German lands. With your Kings troops gone, you actually were fighting a losing war; my bad probably as I didn't wait you to sign a WP (but as said before, I was in a *real* hurry to send troops to defend my crown, and most likely I didn't think too clearly because of that). So my bad really, and I am sorry I did let a vassal down :(

I actually did offer all but one province in peace offer in the end (while none U-L province was occupied and I had postitive warscore) just to try it out. Try the save and do it yourself - it will not be accepted. And it was not a losing war - after you helped taking out the 3-4 7k armies it was only a few 1-2k armies left that never was a real problem except that they managed to take my provinces when I was doing something else. The AI wasn't winning.

I do think that your argument that it is good the AI is no pushover etc. is fine. But it still doesn't contradict anything I have argued which you constantly have objected to. This discussion didn't start with me arguing that the AI should be changed or the game scrapped (even though the AI wasn't acting properly for this 1on1 situation). It started with you arguing and presenting statements insuating I was not sticking to the truth. Don't pretend that we have been discussing different things - I have made it clear what I meant time and again and I find it dishonest to argue that you have discussed something else while that isn't true. Of course it is easy to disregard from the facts when you decide to "doubt" what I state. Perhaps you know better than me what buttons I pushed etc. but I don't find that likely. Apparently you persist in claiming I lie. That is sad.

If you had helped your vassal (that had declared himself King Burgundy within soon) more that had probably helped but much more effective would it be just to continue the tiring 5 mouse (German Armies) and one cat (U-L Army) game until the Mongols had annexed Germany. So don't put this on yourself. You actions didn't matter.

So, any takers for a KoJ game tonight? Let's see if we can again manage to make a splendid mass-suicide :D

Any takers for a KoJ game this Wednesday then? We need one reasonably sane player as the King (Flo and Byakhiam come to mind as examples) and a few bloodcrazy whiners (like me) as dukes :D Ganthenhielm and Aldo have experience of the KoJ area in MP, any others willing to march the road of suicide?

I'm interested in any sort of a CK game :) When are you playing?

I'm also interested in starting a new game of any type so please get back to me on stuff :) A kingdom game would be fun to start too.

Also taking look at your conversion map to EU2, looks funny, that golden blob is prolly golden horde =) How are those cots given out?

Yes, the Golden blob is Golden Horde. The CoT's are placed rather randomly, or that is what it would appear to me. Also, religion does not seem the same as in CK. To actually play the game in EU2 there would be a couple of edits (moving a few CoT's to more logical places (London and Paris are missing obvious CoT's, as well as Venice and Kiev; also it would be better to place the Middle-East CoT's in Iraq and Alexandria), for some odd reason quite a few CoT's are placed in EU2 *next* to rich provinces in CK...

Still, it would also be nice to attempt again a new 1337 scenario, this time with players being Kings. Just to see how it converts to EU2 in 1419 :)

Ok, let's meet in Crusaders room at 20 CET tonight. Depending on how many show up we'll go with a KoJ game or a 1337 Kingdoms game aiming (hopefully shouldn't be so wild and chaotic as the duchy game converted :D ) to see how a MP game converts to EU2.

Can you make it a bit later than 20 CET? I'll be home like 21 CET :(

(or play at another day? just wondering, really want to play :) )

Wednesday evenings really are the only ones I have free atm. And as I have early shift tomorrow, I'd rather start at 20 CET so that we could play at least a couple of hours :) Rehosting for you at 21 CET is very possible though :)

I'll be joining today and keeping my ICQ open, so if you don't have Jarkko in your list, you can send me a msg.
