Evenly balanced countries for 1vs1?

I am playing EU2 vanilla with a friend. Can anyone recommend two countries to play for a multiplayer game? We have played the following countries already (Age of exploration):

Spail vs England (Spain won)
Austria vs France (Austria won)
Ottomans vs Muscowy (Ottomans won)
Sweden vs Muscowy (Sweden won)

I have won all games so far. So it would probably be a good thing if one of the two countries was a little bit stronger then the other.

Try switching sides? FRA vs HAB I was convinced FRA were better off in.

You could try OE vs England though.
