Event "A Child of the Court" features girl who already has a guardian

Description​

The event "A Child of the Court" seems to often feature children that do not make sense, because they still have a parent, even have a guardian etc.
On an older patch I even had a case where a child was brought to me who already was my ward.
But this one should be on the newest patch, definitely on 1.9
This girl has a mother, she has a guardian and she is at her brother's court who is a king.
So the story that she doesn't have anyone to take care of her does not make sense.
I chose the option where my courtier takes care of her and that lead to the girl having two guardians, which seems like a bug.
I think this event should only happen if the child does not already have a guardian and is not a direct relative of their liege.
