I recently gained Doomsday version of the hoi2, updated it to the 1.2 standard and started to play. Everything was all fine - until about week a go. First, I started to play with United kingdom the Road to war (1936) campaing and oddly got "Great war demonstration" -event (+3 dissent). While this was all fine and good as a random event, the same event started to roll again and again and again... in exactly 2 month periods. Very annoying to play with the Britain when you have to keep half of your already low IC in consumer goods. Well, I played somewhere like 1938 - then got bored - no meaning to play when you can't construct anything etc. to try keep your dissent down.
Okay, so I was a bit dissappointed, then started to play Germany - now from 1941 campaing (was it awakening the giant?) and nothing even remotely strange happend, so I naturally thought it was just some strange once in a lifetime bug.
...BUT. Then I started to play again 1936 with United kingdom again - and nothing again happend. So, I breathed in sight. Then, again, turned back to Germany and tested the 1936 campaing - and it all begun again. Great war demonstrations came even faster, something like +3 dissent for each 40 days or so.
Anyone can help? Is this a common problem or is it "just me"? Didn't find any related problems from this forum either... If someone can assist, I'll gladly listen.
Oh, yeah I haven't added any modifications, just the 1.2 patch.

I updated the doomsday to 1.3 standard, but still didn't help - Great war demonstration comes multiple times, no matter what I do. Strangely, this seems to only affect the campaing beginning in the 1936
