Event Ideas for 1.03 or 1.04 or 1.05 or . . .

There should be more events about court intrigue. For example:

An event that does Bad Things if your intrigue is much lower than the intrigue of your spymaster. Similar events for the other positions (basically dealing with your ruler being turned into a puppet).

Events for courtiers with high diplomacy and/or intrigue wanting to be granted a fief (dukes and kings only).

More crusade events. For example the possibility of losing courtiers (both good and bad ones) that want to go on crusade.

Sounds like good ideas most of them...but if implemented, they should be rather rare, especially the Spymaster one.
