Event Pictures

Sorry for the lame question but I don'T have the game. Are the event pictures editable; I mean are they in an easily accessible format so that conceivably additional ones can be placed in the game? It would be fun if new events could have their own pictures, instead of what I gather is the default "intrigue" picture file.

Yes. If you were a decent graphic artist you could easily add more.
