The event "To Plot a Coup" coup.1 does not check for Theocracy or Corporate state while it does check for all other Governance Principle laws. The only sort of coup a Theocracy or Corporate State could encounter is a pro-Autocracy coup

Review event script in events/agitator_events/coup_events.txt; note the lack of checks for Theocracy or Corporate State.
