Event Tumble Trouble fires with wife who is way beyond child-bearing age

Description​

My ruler's soulmate wife is 86, they have been married for 70 years, she has given him 10 beautiful children and he cannot fathom why she doesn't get pregnant anymore.
I mean, sex-education might not have been at its height at that time, but someone with a learning of 64 should be able to figure that one out.
I think this event should only fire if the wife is still at child-bearing age.
